Abraham's son

Forgiveness will help me see I am just holding on to a dream  #ACIM  ......

This kind of makes me feel like Abraham, who thinks that God has asked him to give up (sacrifice) his son ........ isn’t this an allegory for what the course asks from us? To give up our ego views and let the view of the holy spirit become our guide, making this illusionary world disappear in the end…… which means giving up my son….. (daughter and all my loved ones off course) ….. but in reality I would give up no-thing because it never was in the first place ……

This is an Ego killing dilemma …. But only for the mind
